Our Cardiff office is looking for a skilled Client Account Manager to join our vibrant team, bringing in a wealth of agency experience and a passion for driving client success across all three of our service divisions.

The role:

As a Client Account Manager, you will be our client’s primary point of contact, responsible for nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring their strategic goals are met with excellence. Your role will involve collaborating closely with our creative, advertising, and growth teams to deliver seamless, integrated solutions that drive value for our clients and contribute to our agency’s success.

key responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow client accounts, acting as the primary liaison between the client and our agency teams.
  • Understand client objectives and collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored strategies across advertising, creative, and growth divisions.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations, providing updates, insights, and strategic recommendations to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling services within our agency’s offerings.
  • Manage and resolve client issues effectively, ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments, applying insights to client strategies where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Client Account Manager within a media or creative agency environment.
  • Hands-on experience working with clients across advertising, creative, and growth initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape and the ability to apply strategic thinking to meet client objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • A problem-solver with a proactive approach to resolving issues and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Agency experience is essential, as well as a keen understanding of navigating and leveraging agency resources for client benefit.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
