Terms and Conditions for Rebel Lion – Creative, Web Design, and Development ServicesTerms Of Use

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of all graphic, creative, web design, and web development services (“Services”) provided by Rebel Lion (“Company”). By engaging the Company for any Services, Company: Company name (“Client”) agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. Services Provided The Company agrees to provide the Client with graphic, creative, web design, and web development services as detailed in the agreed proposal or booking confirmation.
2. Amendments and Revisions The Client is entitled to two (2) rounds of amendments per project. Any additional amendments requested by the Client will be billed at the hourly rate of £45 per hour until complete.
3. Payment Structure The payment amount is fixed once a project proposal and its associated costs are agreed upon. The Client agrees to pay the Company according to the payment schedule outlined in the booking confirmation. The Client is responsible for adhering to the agreed payment dates regardless of any delays in providing necessary assets or information. If the Client fails to provide the required assets or information by the agreed dates, they are still liable to pay the Company’s invoices as per the payment plan outlined in the booking confirmation or contract.
4. Client Responsibilities The Client agrees to provide all necessary assets, information, and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate the timely completion of the project. In the event that the Client delays in providing the required assets or information, the agreed payment schedule remains unchanged. Payments are still due on the dates specified in the booking confirmation, regardless of any delays caused by the Client.
5. Project Timeline The Company will make all reasonable efforts to meet the project deadlines as outlined in the proposal or booking confirmation. However, the Company is not liable for any delays caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to delays in receiving necessary information or approvals from the Client.
6. Intellectual Property Rebel Lion Advertising Ltd will own all intellectual property (IP) rights to the final deliverables until a written notice of the transfer of IP rights is provided to the Client. The Company retains the right to use any work produced for promotional purposes in portfolios, websites, and marketing materials.
7. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
8. Amendments to Terms The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing and will apply to future projects.
