Job Overview:

We’re on the lookout for a Digital/ PPC Manager who’s experienced in steering digital strategies, leading talented teams, and expertly managing client relationships. This role requires someone ready to tackle multiple projects with a keen eye for detail, a knack for communication, and a dedication to exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and planning a variety of PPC/digital campaigns across a range of digital channels
  • Overseeing existing campaigns and making recommendations on how to optimise.
  • Analysing trends and making data-driven decisions.
  • Drive multiple digital projects, from briefing teams to client communication, ensuring seamless progress at every stage.
  • Command a comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape, utilising a mix of marketing channels to achieve campaign results.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, consistently delivering excellence in client services.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Designers, Developers, and Digital Marketers to bring innovative concepts to life.
  • Demonstrate expertise with Meta, Google Analytics, Programmatic DSP’s
  • Translate client briefs into robust digital strategies that meet and exceed objectives.
  • Analytical skills to analyse campaign performance and measure ROI with the ability to work proactively and drive down CPA for campaigns.
  • Present confidently to clients, providing insights, updates, and value at every interaction.
  • Report data and analytics to the Senior Management Team and the CEO.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of agency experience.
  • Proficiency in PPC, digital marketing, account management, Google Analytics and Excel.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven approach and genuine passion for client success.
